Joe Smith is a native of Birmingham Alabama and a product of the Birmingham public school system. He is a graduate of UAB with a major in Psychology and minor in Business Administration.
Joe founded Smith and Associates Enterprise after retiring from Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alabama with 25 years of Facility Management and Operation Management experience. During his tenure, he successfully implemented procedures designed to improve and streamline operational processes. Many are still in use today.
Joe is currently living a life-long dream of building a local business, creating jobs for others and helping foster a positive impact on the economy.
